This policy explains what information Shaman’s Choice (“we”, “us”) collects when you use shamanschoice.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we actually do.

What we collect

  • Order details — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought. We need these to fulfil and support your order.
  • Payment information — card payments are processed by Authorize.net. Your full card number never touches our servers; we see only the last four digits and the transaction result.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your login details and order history.
  • Messages — anything you send through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you got here, collected automatically through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To prevent fraud and protect the store — including automated fraud screening on payments.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To send marketing emails only if you’ve subscribed. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Who we share it with

We share data only with services that help us run the store, and only what they need:

  • Authorize.net — payment processing.
  • USPS and ShipStation — printing labels and delivering your order.
  • Cloudways and Cloudflare — hosting and site security.
  • Google — site analytics and reCAPTCHA spam protection at checkout.
  • Jetpack (Automattic) — site statistics and our contact form.
  • Klaviyo — email marketing, if you subscribe.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Contact form messages are kept while we’re helping you and for a reasonable period after. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you personally.

Your choices and rights

  • Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We’ll honour the request unless we’re required to keep the data (for example, tax records of a purchase).
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
  • Control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payment details are handled by our payment processor, and access to order data is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
