These terms cover your use of shamanschoice.com and any purchase you make from Shaman’s Choice (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them — they’re short.

Using the site

  • You must be the age of majority in your state to place an order.
  • Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to break it, scrape it, or copy its content without permission.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts if these terms are broken.

Products and pricing

  • We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and natural materials vary — each bundle is hand-tied from real plants.
  • Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We correct pricing or description errors when we find them, and may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price; you’ll be refunded in full.
  • Availability isn’t guaranteed. If something you ordered is out of stock we’ll let you know and refund it.

Orders and payment

  • Payment is taken at checkout by card through Authorize.net. Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.
  • We may limit quantities or cancel orders that look fraudulent, including orders using the same card, address or account in unusual patterns.
  • Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them and can’t be combined unless stated.

Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS. Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST Monday–Friday usually ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. Shipping is free on every US order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier.

Returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Safe use

Smudge sticks and candles involve an open flame and smoldering plant material. Use them over a fireproof surface, keep them away from anything flammable, pets and children, ventilate the room, and never leave them unattended. Our products are sold for ceremonial and aromatic use and aren’t intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Content and intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, photos, logos, the Shaman’s Choice name — belongs to us or our licensors and can’t be reused without written permission. If you send us ideas, reviews or photos, you allow us to use them in connection with the store.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites, including our sister brands. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and the United States. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
